The terms & conditions presented bellow have the purpose to set the premises of Hotel Subcarpați functioning in optimal conditions, respecting legal terms.
RATES
– room rates differ according to room type and availability and period you opt for;
– breakfast is included;
– VAT (5%) is included
– the mini bar available products are not included in the room rate. the prices are in the mini bar menu
BOOKING & CONFIRMING THE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking is done by the following means:

Following your availability check request you will receive a confirmation e-mail for availability and conditions.
To place the booking, clients will pay 50% from the tital value of turistical services requested. Payment will be done upon receiving the issued invoice. The invoice will be sent by e-mail after confirmation of availability. Payment can be done by online bank transfer or credit/debit card. The tourist is responsible for checking the information from the invoice.
The booking is considered finalized after receiving the payment.
The bookings without guarantee will be kept by our hotel bu 3 pm, day of arrival, the hotel having the right to free up the rooms withour prior notice.
In order to guarantee the reservation please send us the information for a valid credit / debit card.
Cancellation term of a booking without penalties is 12 am with 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations occuring 24 h or less prior to arrival the tourist will be charged for the first night.
In case of now show the hotel has the right to free up the room / rooms for the rest of the sejour.

Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00
Check-out: 07:00 – 12:00
PAYMENT
Payment will be done in lei (RON) at the reception desk at arrival or at check-out, the tourist being responsible for the rooms he/she stays in.

KIDS
Kids up to 6 y.o. are accomodated free of charfe if the use an available crib . bed. Additional beds for kids under 2 y.o. can be available with a prior request.
PARKING
Tourists can park free of charge in our parking lot if there are available places (no booking needed).
WIFI
Wireless is available and free of charge
SAFETY BOX
In every room there is a safety box with personal code. Our guests are asked to place their values in the safety boxes. Hotel administration is not accountable for forgotten, lost, unsupervised or unprotected goods.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
PROGRAM
Breakfast can be served exclusively between 7 am and 10 am at Bistro Subcarpați
Bistro Subcarpați is opened between 10 am an 11 pm.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding quality of delivered services will be done on the spot, during the stay. The complaints received after departure will not be considered. The hotel administration will solve all complaints in max. 24 h from receiving the complaint.
